From the 18th-21st Feb 2010, a total of 25 people drawn from the ongoing emerging leaders programme in Ghana and Nigeria gathered in the Nigerian city of Ibadan for a 4-day meeting which was aimed among others at:

1.  Strengthening our grasp of the Navigators Core Vision and commitment to the Africa and national strategies for the implementation of the CORE.
2.  Examining the implications of the Vision in the way we labour and lead in the zone and in Africa.
Generating greater heart commitment to the Vision.
4.  Fanning our passion for advancing the Gospel of Jesus and His Kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of labourers living and discipling among the lost.

From the Vision statement, participants put together “The Profile of a worker for the Kingdom”.
The meeting also offered all involved the opportunity to go through the Nav strategies for both countries and that for Africa.
Time was also set aside for participants to pray through the above mentioned strategies. In addition to all that participants had the chance to make new friends and strengthen old bonds.
The key facilitator for this seminar was Mr. Okorie Kalu, the Anglophone West Africa Zonal leader.
